We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of the site after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

You must be an adult (18 years or older), or use the site under the supervision of an adult, to create an account or place an order.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide at registration (name, email, phone, address) and for keeping your account credentials confidential. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that contains inaccurate information or is used in violation of these terms.

All listed products (poultry, eggs, dairy, and others) are subject to availability. Any product listing may be removed or modified without prior notice.

Prices for some products (particularly poultry) change periodically based on the poultry exchange and operating costs. The price applied to your order is the price shown on the site at the moment you confirm the order, not any price you saw earlier.

We make every effort to ensure pricing and descriptions are accurate; however, in the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and notify you.

Placing an order through the site constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. Orders are confirmed upon creation; however, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to: product unavailability, a pricing error, or an undeliverable address.

Payment is currently accepted only via Cash on Delivery (COD), in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). Please have the total amount shown on your order confirmation (including delivery fee) ready at the time of delivery.

We aim to deliver within the timeframe stated on the Delivery page; actual timing may vary by area and operating conditions. Delivery fees are calculated based on the selected area and shown clearly before order confirmation.

Please ensure your address and phone number are accurate when placing an order. You are responsible for any delay or failed delivery resulting from inaccurate address or contact information.

Given the perishable nature of our products, you may request a replacement or refund for any product that does not meet quality expectations within 24 hours of delivery, by contacting us via WhatsApp or the email listed on our Contact page.

Products that have been opened or partially used are not eligible for return, except where there is a clear quality defect or an error in fulfillment on our part.

You may not use the site for any unlawful purpose, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts, or interfere with the normal operation of the site in any way.

The site is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products, other than as expressly set out in our Returns & Replacements policy.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
